Project Summary

VillaRenaissance is a 1,100-square-meter private villa in sunny Spain, thoughtfully restored to become a modern family residence. The core challenge was to adapt a preserved structure — unused for over 10 years — into a comfortable, fully equipped home while preserving its character and soul.

Special focus was given to the living room with a restored fireplace, creating a warm gathering place for the family. The scope included structural and decorative works: from sanding the floors and restoring wood, to cleaning the façade, upgrading engineering systems, and implementing lighting for all layers — technical, facade, and decorative. A pool and security systems were also renewed as part of the full transformation.
